We take pride in our employees and their training. All crew members hold certifications in first aid, fire prevention, RF safety, authorized climber, competent climber, competent tower rescue, and OSHA 10 hr. Select crew members hold certifications in OSHA 30 hr, hoist operator, competent rigger, signal person and are certified trainers for authorized climber, competent climber and competent tower rescue. Kilowatt has our own in-house training programs and also utilize many third party training and certification programs.
